One of the most common pets in Postinen, Cannäti! Considered the perfect companion to all cors due to their affectionate, yet independent nature, and come in a wide variety of breeds to better suit the lifestyle of their owners.

Cannätis haven't been found in the wild yet but can be found all over Postinen as strays.

They can live up to 30 years, reaching full sexual maturity in their second year of life.

Physical Description
  • Cannätis only come in natural colors (unless they have the "shiny" mutation).
  • They all have naturally colored skin, the colors being: grey, beige, cream, or slightly pink. Some are born without any or very short coats.
  • They also come with a huge variety of natural markings, spots, stripes, splotches, freckles, gradients, etc.
  • Their eyes can be any bright or light color (unless they have the "shiny" mutation). Their sclera are pastel, normally a lighter hue of the iris, their sclera is usually only visible if they are looking to the sides.
  • Cannätis can have all sorts of coats, tail sizes, and even curled or folded ears.
  • Bat-like wings, formed by two stretched toes, they use the "paw" attached to their wing to assist in movement, their inside toe also has a larger claw that cannot be retracted, they normally use it to tear prey.

  • They have a wingspan of about 15ft, reaching about 2'5ft in height, and weigh about 20 lbs.
  • Unneutered males usually have rounder faces than females.
Behaviors
  • Cannätis are strict carnivores.
  • Usually very curious of cors, and really food driven.
  • As pets, each cannäti may have a different kind of relationship with the cors around them.
  • Can have up to 3 kittens per litter.
Maintenance
  • Cannätis require a diet rich in liquid.
  • They are highly adaptive to all sorts of spaces but require enrichment such as scratching, climbing and jumping posts, space for them to fly, etc.
  • Cannätis have a high prey drive and may not do well with smaller pets unless raised with them from a young age.
Habitat
  • Can adapt to all sorts of habitats.
