Works at and owns a circus like area in Zhido that spills over into the Hollow Market. Runs a business where he promotes 'dreamwalking', fortune telling, and other such things. The smoke he emits can lull others to sleep to allow him to 'work' with their dreams, but a side effect  it has is causing hallucinations. 

Smug, silver tongued and charming all wrapped into one, Somnus uses this to his advantage when interacting with others, but do not be fooled. He is Not Nice by any means. On top of that, he is cannibalistic from time to time. After all, what better way to dispose of a body?
