A wealthy and powerful cor who likes to invest his fortune into projects he finds personally  interesting. Usually, this means immoral or illegal things: Damocles has a fascination with the sorts of scientific experiments that would never make it past an ethics board, and he gets a sick satisfaction out of knowing there are criminals out there, running entire gangs, that work for him specifically. Damocles is always willing to grant funding to other people -- if they can catch his attention.
