Formerly a professor at one of Callasta Capital's largest universities, Halley is widely known for his friendly, curious nature. He is a good listener, and he never forgets a face -- he may not recall names, but if you've met before he'll remember that much. He has since retired from his position at the university, instead choosing to travel Postinen and see the world for himself, but he keeps in touch with many of his former students, and numerous friends and loved ones across Postinen.
